Jaccapo

Well, we are still having stormy weather.

This posting is to introduce you to a newcomer. His name is Jaccapo. A sudden change of plans happened in my life. It was not what I was planning or expecting, but I suddenly have a buck goat. He is pure Nubian, very good looking, and has a friendly personality. I'm nervous about whether I did the right thing taking him. Only time will tell! Everyone has been telling me for ten years not to get a buck, however, not having one was a problem too. Now, I guess I will find out for myself if it is a good thing for me or not. He does have a strong smell, but not too bad yet.


I had to put him in the same pen with Myrah, since I did not have time to build him his own pen. Getting him was a matter of now or never. It will probably take a month or so to build him his own pen. I don't have time, materials, or good weather to do it right now. Guess this means Myrah could be having little goats around here sooner than I had planned.
